Shipping policy

All orders are custom printed to your specifications. Please allow **5–7 business days** for your order to be produced before it is shipped or ready for collection. Production time begins once your order and any required artwork or proof approval has been confirmed.

During busy periods (such as the lead-up to weddings season or major events), production times may be slightly longer — if your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm we can meet your deadline.

## Shipping Costs & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We deliver Australia wide using trusted courier and postal services. Delivery times vary depending on your location, generally ranging from 2–7 business days once your order has shipped, in addition to the production time above.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

## Local Pickup

If you're on the Sunshine Coast, you can choose **local pickup** at checkout and collect your order directly from our studio at:

We'll email you once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before coming in, as orders are made to the 5–7 business day production timeline above.

## Order Changes & Delays

If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible — once production has started, we may not be able to make changes. If you have any concerns about your order's progress, feel free to reach out and we're happy to provide an update.
